Eligibility & Requirements
There is no degree/ certificate mandatory to join us but possessing good English spoken skills is. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Responsible to sweep, mop, and scrub floors and stairs
- Perform routine maintenance i.e painting and drywall repair
- Also, wax hallways in working areas within a construction environment
- Good communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
