Eligibility & Requirements:
There is no degree/ certificate required to join these job positions but have good English spoken skills. Also, possess 3 to 5 years of working experience in the same field. Furthermore, applicants should have the following abilities;
- Perform duties in damp proofing, waterproofing, and restoring surfaces
- Also, repair, resurface, and replace damaged parts of concrete structures
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
- Excellent communication skills are needed
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Moreover, impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand & power tools
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- Level top surface concrete according to depth specification
- Check formwork, granular base & steel reinforcement materials
- Direct placement of concrete into forms/ surfaces according to grade
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills & other fixtures
- Supervise the work of other workers & assist them if needed
- Showing a positive & good attitude towards customers during working hours
- Must complete assigned work & familiar with the latest techniques used in the field
