Eligibility & Requirements
The applicants must have a secondary school graduation degree with English & French spoken skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field. Possessing the following skills to perform tasks;
- Responsible to develop & implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities in the campground
- Also, supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues & expenses
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management & interpersonal skills
- Perform front desk duties and conduct training sessions for new employees
- Enforce rules and regulations for all staff workers
- Develop & implement business plans and establish work schedules
- Ability to supervise 5 to 10 people
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities in the ground environment
- Moreover, assist guests with special needs and prepare marketing plans
- Address complaints of customers and try to resolve them efficiently
