The applicants have a secondary school certificate with English & Arabic speaking skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field. Possessing some more skills is very important;
- Responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
- Focuses on building relationships with clients through electronic communications
- Proficient in desktop applications & internet
- Also, have a strong command of the English language
- Personable sales and customer service agents to manage issues of clients
- Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry products and handling on-call scripting
- Working in BPO Call Center to deal efficiently with professional people
- Following COVID SOPs, sanitizing, disinfecting/ cleaning procedures where work is performed

- Listening to client’s needs/ issues and providing facilities to remove them
