Eligibility & Requirements:
The people will be literate at least, high school graduation degree will be preferred. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the bus conducting field. Perform the following tasks in a working environment;
- Responsible for performing bus conductor tasks within Dubai city
- To monitor the conduct of students on a school bus
- Maintain discipline and safety of all students & other passengers
- Good communication skills
- Time management & interpersonal skills
- Execute daily operations that are required within the Bus environment
- Directed loading of students on the bus to prevent congestion & unsafe conditions
- Moreover, consistently monitoring routes to ensure drivers in on schedule or not
- Collecting fares i.e issuing tickets, helping passengers with baggage
- Advising on destinations and ensuring the safety of travelers
- Check all windows for damage & make sure they are in proper functioning
- Able to check engine oil, fan belts, and everything else under the hood
- Assist passengers if they require any services
- Operate safety equipment and adaptive equipment
- Dealing with clients with a smiley face and providing the required things
